Soulshine No.2: This photograph of a sunflower (Helianthus annuus) was taken at Bafflin Sanctuary (Audubon Society) in Pomfret Connecticut. The Sunflower is an annual plant native to the Americas. Beside oil and sunflower seeds; The leaves of the sunflower can be used to feed cattle while the stems contain a fibre which is sometimes used in paper production. Sunflowers need full sun and grow best in fertile, moist, well-drained soil.

Soulshine is one of my favorite pieces, though you truly have many beautiful pieces Neal! I could not see this piece captured any better than what you have done... the light, the softness of the petals and leaves, one can literally "feel" the softness in their minds, the golden colors, the detail, just cannot say enough about it, yet it can all be said in one word "perfect" :) (f)
